Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the beach, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing, and the service left much to be desired. Overall, while the hotel has its highlights, it definitely needs improvements in some areas.
The hotel is truly one of the best I've stayed in, offering clean and spacious rooms with stunning sea views. The staff, especially Noura and Lotfi at reception, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. While the dining was generally good, I found the beach restaurant to be on the pricier side for Tunisia. Overall, the value for money was decent, but lacking some convenient amenities like in-room tea and coffee.
The hotel has friendly staff and a lovely pool area where we spent most of our time, but the overall experience felt closer to three or four stars rather than five. The rooms were spacious and clean, boasting a nice sea view, but they definitely need some updates. The dining options were a bit hit or miss, making it challenging to find something we truly enjoyed, leading us to eat out often.
I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food options were plentiful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. However, I did experience a few slow moments in the bar service and found the reception area a bit chilly at times. Overall, I would definitely return!
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, with the ambiance and beach views truly making it feel like a home away from home. The staff, especially Noura at the front desk, were exceptional and made me feel welcomed right from check-in. However, I did encounter some issues with dining and the activities offered, which were not up to par. Overall, it's a lovely place for a relaxing vacation but there are definitely improvements needed in certain areas.
